Now lets get down to the nitty gritty.

About the Cock:
The Penis Pepper (aka Chilli Willy or Peter Pepper), is a heirloom chilli pepper that is best known for its unusual male organ, phallic shape. It is a type of Capsicum annuum, though it is not officially recognized as a cultivar of the species and is considered very rare with its origins unknown. It ripens to a deep lipstick red colour. The pod of the pepper is wrinkled and has a round tip with a cleft. It is approximately 3 to 4 inches in length, and 1 to 1.5 inches wide when fully mature. It’s ideal for pickling, snacking and even on the bbq skewers. Whatever you choose to do with your harvested pile of cocks, play safe and always remnember, size isn’t everything.

About the Balls:
The Aji Charapita or ‘Mother of all chillis’ is native to Peru where it has been used since the time of the Incas. The fruits are tiny and round growing only to about 1cm in diameter with a green to ripened yellow colour. The plant is a bushy shrub which produces masses of these sort after peppers. It grows wild in the south American jungle and only recently has it begun to be cultivated for commercial purposes. The fruit at it’s most ripened stage is best squeezed for the juice as dressing for all sorts of dishes, and due to it’s very fruity aroma is also perfect for eating whole. Although not as high a SHU as other varieties, these tiny spheres of brightness still packs a punch! If there’s a Peruvian chef near by, best hide these somewhere safe!

All about the free Cream Sausage:
The Cream Sausage Tomato is a American heirloom. It’s an attractive creamy yellow coloured 6-8cm variety which grows in abundance on very bushy plants. A determinate variety with a consistantly sweet flavour. Great for grilling and stuffing, raw or cooked, these are a must have for your tomato collection.
